Bordet is a French company founded in 1965 that sells tools,machines and accessories for woodworking. Bordet is an established reference for woodworking in Europe, and specializes in high end wood working product. Its customers are either professionals or passionate people, that are aged between 25s and 50s. In an effort to adapt to their customer base, Bordet started to consistently post tutos on youtube. They have noticed that many of their customers actively engage with their content. Hence, they decided to reward their loyal customers with higher quality and premium content. Every customers that accumulate more than 500 euros of purchase would get access to the exclusive content.
When deciding the best way to implement access to their exclusive content, Bordet decided that NFTs were an innovative and impactful way of gifting their customers with exclusive content. With very little knowledge, they approached AirGift for the design and the distribution of their NFTs. Using AirGift designer studio, they were able to design NFT collections that embodied Bordet’s authenticity, experience and expertise.

With a unique id attached to each NFTs, customers were able to identify themselves a beneficiaries of Bordet’s exclusive content by connecting their wallet. By holding the NFTs, they were given access to online tutorials of renowned ebenistes, vlogs, and giveaways. “Our customers didn’t have much difficulty to create and connect their wallet, and they immediately enjoy the new contents ! Our customers like this new type of interaction and they feel privileged by holding this special NFTs. Customer retention was high among the NFT holders. We are now thinking of automating and enlarging the distribution of NFTs in our business flow.”
