The Customer is informed of the technical risks inherent in the Internet, and of the interruptions of access which may result therefrom. Consequently, AirGift will not be held responsible for any unavailability or slowdown of the Application Services.
The Platform and the Software may occasionally be suspended due to maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of AirGift’s servers. In the event of an interruption of the Services for maintenance, AirGift undertakes to inform the Customer so that he can make his arrangements sufficiently in advance to avoid any disruption of his activity. AirGift cannot be held responsible for the possible impact of this unavailability on the Client’s activities.
